Cecilia Escobar-O’Dell is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Women Fitness Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist, TRX Suspension Training L1 certified, and trained in Functional Movement Exercises and Bulgarian Bags.
Cecilia is an avid runner who found her passion for fitness almost 8 years ago as she trained for the Chicago Marathon and noticed that the running and cross-training were not only helping her lose the baby weight but that it was also helping lift her post-partum “fog”. Fitness had changed her. She believes in a wholistic approach to fitness and in training for longevity.
Cecilia is also the owner/trainer for Baby Boot Camp, Golden Gate Park, SF and enjoys working with mothers to achieve their fitness goals while showing their children strength and self-care.
Mayan Fitness specializes in outdoor fitness training and classes are located around the Richmond District. You may have seen us training at the Richmond Playground and the Presidio.
